A city arrival

Give the driver the actual arrival office and your accommodation map pin. Do not use “bus station” when the company has a specific office. Share a realistic arrival window and agree what happens if the bus is late.

One ride or a longer hire

State whether you want a point-to-point transfer, a waiting driver or a half-day itinerary. Agree the total, stops, waiting time and return destination. No fixed city fare is claimed here because distance, vehicle and waiting arrangements vary.

Countryside visits

Combine stops geographically instead of trying to fit every attraction into one afternoon. Wat Banan, Phnom Sampeau and a bamboo-train visit need a route discussion. Specify which bamboo-train location you mean: the traditional operation and the newer visitor attraction should not be treated as one address.

Rain and luggage

Confirm cover from rain and space for bags. Keep valuables protected from water and retain the driver’s contact until the trip is complete. For passengers with mobility needs, describe boarding requirements before confirming the vehicle.
